DALE is an amazing story about God, faith, love and courage, mixed with mystery and suspense involving a normal Australian Christian family set in the heart of Melbourne, Victoria.
It’s August 1965 when a little six year old boy is left abandoned and abused on the doorstep of the Willis Family. Who is this gifted little boy who turns the life of a normal christian family upside down? How does he change their ideas of love into something that is not from this world?
As he gets older, his awkward past tugs at his abilities and becomes a storage of memories, yet sharing of a hope to those around him, an expression from a spiritual dimension.
He meets up with a christian young girl named Vanessa who brings a lot of this lad out of his private shell of difficult stories. How can she get through to him? What creates the friendship to become more than what he wants it to be?
Dale is a heartwarming story. You will be moved and warmed to his character, and those around him you will easily recognise in your own life. His mysterious past offers many questions that continually search for answers. He has a drive to love for God, giving to those around him something that opens their hearts towards a need for God in their lives.
Throughout the series of Dale’s story, lives are dramatically changed.
From the stress of tragedy, frustration and anger, his character boldly flows through the human emotions of his community to express a flattering skill leaning towards a spiritual dimension. The story adds value to the life of a person, yet does not make judgments against them.
It is full of life stories, filled with pain, but also lifts the heart gracefully.

A new ground of testing and trials move Dale into adopting an abused young boy named Lindsay and building him from a wild lad to a confident man of God. Dale's leadership skills as a Chief Librarian is also tested and developed in amongst normal office conflicts that pull constantly at his christian life. He also meets up with a family, filled with constant tragedy and stress, and uses his love to move them to a life with God.
The third and forth story in the series in the making,
'Dale. Aids Child' and 'Dale. Forebearing Secrets' continues around an inspirational story around AIDS and Dale's ancestors which bear much bitterness and anger. You will be captivated by these mysteries and you will feel the characters emotions as they connect with human suffering and joy.
